The dynamic duo, married for 18 years and parents to three children—an eleven-year-old son and ten-year-old boy-girl twins—share a profound love for homes and building that mirrors their deep connection. Ryan acquired his first house at the age of 20, renting it to friends to cover the mortgage while earning his degree in mechanical engineering at OU. The couple’s journey into real estate began with a friendly competition, each remodeling a bathroom. This experience fueled Ryan’s and Rachel’s passion for real estate and DIY projects, which soon inspired Rachel to develop her own love for home building.

Together, they have navigated challenges, bought and sold fixer-uppers, and continually invested in real estate, crafting a fulfilling life for their family. Their extensive experience as landlords and collaborations with local builders have equipped them with invaluable knowledge and skills. Now, they are ready to make a significant impact on the Oklahoma market, positioning themselves as the next builders who will do it right.

Rachel Lippoldt Owner | Managing Partner

Rachel’s Journey into design and construction began while working part-time and later full-time as a Designer/Project Manager for a local General Contractor, specializing in remodeling. Despite initial challenges in transitioning to new home construction, Rachel’s determined attitude propelled her forward. She secured a role as a building superintendent for a local home-building company, where she showcased exceptional skills and leadership qualities.

Over time, Rachel’s career trajectory saw her earn promotions to Operations Manager, Production Manager, and eventually Director of Construction for two different local home builders. Despite facing setbacks during market downturns, Rachel’s resilience opened doors to new opportunities. On the very day she was laid off, she accepted a position as Director of Purchasing for a high-production builder. Subsequently, she moved to work under one of her mentors as Director of Operations and Purchasing, aiming to rectify past leadership mistakes and enhance overall operations.

Renowned for her transparency and dynamism in the realm of home building, Rachel has managed construction superintendents, warranty teams, purchasers, designers, and drafters effectively. Her expertise extends to utilizing elevation design to optimize cost savings without compromising design quality. Rachel has also developed customer experience programs to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.

With her esteemed husband, Ryan, by her side, Rachel is poised to showcase her talents without the constraints of poor leadership, ready to make a lasting impact in the world of new construction. As one of the visionary owners of Hidden Haven Homes, Rachel brings extensive expertise and passion to the home-building industry. Rachel has honed a deep understanding of every aspect of the construction process. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed numerous projects, working for high-production builders as well as custom builders, demonstrating exceptional skills in project management, site supervision, and operational oversight. Known for her collaborative approach, Rachel excels at turning visions into reality by working closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure each project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation. Throughout Ryan’s engineering career, he developed a strong foundation in project management, precision, and problem-solving.
